Can overseas buyers purchase?+
Yes. We work with both local and non-resident Bangladeshi buyers and can arrange remote consultations and documentation support.
Is a visit request a reservation?+
No. Requesting a visit or sending an enquiry does not reserve a unit and is not a purchase. Reservations are handled separately by our sales team.

Choose a project and a time on the Book a Site Visit page. We confirm your slot and share directions. Remote video walkthroughs are also available.
